RECTF Acceptance

Stage 1 More specifically, we partially accept the deliverables from RECTF as we do from RETL. Until now there are no discrimination between RETL and RECTF (all stage of them). Since we have KS system which administrate all the wind turbine in Korea by law, we do not accept IECRE deliverables fully. Even though they are not directly accepted, we provide simplified procedure to them such as reviewing the RETR instead of requiring full testing.-
