RECTF Acceptance
RECTF Stage | Acceptance | Comments | Legal requirements |
---|---|---|---|
Stage 1 | Comment to all questions from this questionnaire: From DE MB point of view, the questions are not entirely clear. In what context does the MB recognize certificates, declarations or results? RECTF reports are part of the assessment within a certificate or declaration of conformity. The rules in IECRE are clear that these reports are valid. IECRE TC are recognized in BSH project certification without exception, so a yes for all levels for offshore projects outside the 12-mile zone. For onshore projects, a type/individual approval according to DIBt is required so far, so that an IECRE report is not relevant here. With regard to grid code compliance, the testing laboratory requires ISO 17025 accreditation and must be independent, so a clear no here without additional measures in accordance with ISO 17065. | - | |
